Sam can't sleep.

He's obsessed he will die by a freak accident and it's making him a paranoid and delusional insomniac. Last night he feared dying by spontaneous human combustion. Tonight it's death by electrocution via a lightning storm. He is on the verge of dropping out of med school and society. When his neurosis causes a string of near fatal incidents in the dissection lab, the dean orders Sam to “get his shit together” or he is out of med school. He's referred to a GP and sessions with a shrink. The GP's discovery is Sam's worst nightmare. His lifestyle is fast tracking him to an early grave. Insomnia, anxiety attacks and high
blood pressure mean he's a prime candidate for a heart attack before age 25. And he has THANATOPHOBIA; an abnormal fear of death.

After a few dismal sessions with the shrink, he goes on an all night bender and traps random strangers into existential conversations
about his dilemma. But as dawn breaks, his madness turns to clarity...He needs a guru.

Can a cocktail of out-of-body experiences, undertakers, spiritualists, clergymen, Jainists, and psychics, cure an abnormal fear of death?
Or will Sam take his neurosis to his death bed?
