A “Tzipora Productions” FILM
WRITTEN BY Emma Robinson

Alex and Krissy are in their final year of high school. They meet, and fall in love - but in the world they live in, only ten percent of the population is straight, and faces huge discrimination from the gay community. Caught up in their affair are Dayna, Krissy's ex-girlfriend; James, a boy trapped in a girl's body, who is hated just as much as the straights; Sam, who falls into prostitution when he is kicked out of home; and Toby, an ultra-conservative Christian who rejects the straights outright and is openly aggressive to them. Alex and Krissy can't keep their love secret forever, and as tensions rise, it becomes clear that not everyone is going to live through it ...
This movie is a tragicomedy, a Romeo and Juliet story with a twist, but also sets out to address some of the social injustice in the world, especially surrounding the gay community. There are drag-queens, drinking, fighting, sex, moments of laughter and terror, and the optimism and fervour of youth, but ultimately the question asked of the audience is: how would you feel if everyone thought your love for someone was wrong?
