Set in the fictional community of WestRidge, Texas, USA, 1893, a corrupted and murderous killer ravages a local town in his search for recently retired sheriff, Terrence Biggs. Meanwhile young lawman Eli Fisher is tasked with the job of preventing the impending murder of the aged sheriff, after a string of attempts on his life. Meanwhile the killer comes dangerously closer and closer to his perfect revenge before young Fisher discovers the sheriffs twisted and despicable past, revealing the killers true motivation.
