A hefty tale of survival befalls the grand opening of the New Green Hills Estate. A very exclusive health and fitness spa situated on a plum 1000 acres of beautiful and isolated private land. Once a super-facility developing state of the art medical technology and pharmaceutical research. Formally this company had gone bankrupt, and was acquired by the enigmatic Patrick Marsh-Armstrong.

Patrick Marsh-Armstrong once a morbidly obese man who took control of his life, lost all the weight, put on muscle and made a fortune by becoming a health and fitness guru. His first product "Flab Thrasher" made him millions and a celebrity overnight.

The rotund clientele are to spend two weeks in an intensive diet and exercise program, which will also see the launch of Patrick's new health product. Something the various trainers and staff have been using and testing for their own preparations. But, there is a significant issue with the formula and before you know it, its a surfeit of cellulite and rotten teeth.

Now with the healthy instructors running amok, insane, mutating and decimating the bulbous victims, things can't be good for business.
