In a parallel universe, Earth is drowning in a sea of overpopulation. The Global Taskforce For Population Control devises a master plan to eliminate certain sectors of society, which it deems unnecessary for the human race’s survival.

Rather than be tarred with the brush of genocide, the GTPC covertly begins a cynical dual campaign of infection and propaganda. The infection quickly spreads to the targeted sectors, and the uninfected population is encouraged to arm itself and attack the infected without mercy.
