After losing his job, Mathew Blair sets up to kill the man responsible, but only to get a taste for blood. As Mathew finds his style he decides to leave his quiet town and live in the big city, where he can find some new victims only to be discovered, not by law enforcement but by another killer.

Daniel Connolly teaches Mathew the ropes on how to be successful, and what not to fall into. Time goes by and more people have there lives ended until one woman lives, she comes in contact with the police and tell them all she knows.

The police try there hardest to stop Mathew from escaping the country and attempt to catch him. The leader behind the whole investigation is Emily Wilson. Mathew makes one last ditch attempt to escape and make his way into a normal life.
