Mutilation is about a gifted chemistry student, who enters a sick and twisted TV game show in an attempt to win the $750,000 he needs, to save his dying sister.

Mutilation: The most twisted game show ever shown on television. The object of the game is simple. Make it through 12 questions and contestants walk away ten million dollars richer. Answer a question wrong and contestants face the most horrifying pain imaginable. Fail to make it all the way to the end and you come away with nothing but a T-shirt and a disability. Finally contestants may only pull out before each round begins, once a question is asked, it must be answered.

Timothy O’Brien is just one year away from graduating with a Masters in Medicinal Chemistry. He has received the highest marks of any student in the history of the paper and was voted most likely to find a cure for cancer. When his little sister is diagnosed with an extremely rare and fatal disease, Timothy is devastated. There is only one experimental treatment available that claims to have cured the condition. The problem is that each treatment costs $250,000 and she needs at least three of them.

Timothy watches Mutilation religiously. The closest he has seen anyone come is question ten. The contestant answered the question incorrectly and had his back slit open and a kidney removed. Timothy knew the answer to that question. Determined to save his sister, Timothy signs up to be a contestant on Mutilation, believing he could be the first winner ever. If only he'd known!
