Have you ever seen something you will never forget? Nic did. The murder of his mother at the hands of a serial killer. And now the killer is after him. Fear haunts him at all times, invading all facets of his life, a killer behind every corner, and as people in Nic’s life start to turn up dead his ensuing paranoia is only too well grounded.
Becoming a recluse to protect those he loves he slowly descends into insanity, no one and nothing can be trusted; a noise, a shadow, a breeze could all be the signal of his final moments. Sometimes your imagination is just out to get you.
His only safe haven is his weekly sessions with his wonderful therapist, Sarah, but when she goes mysteriously missing Nic is forced to find his courage, follow her breadcrumbs and face the object of his terror, or so he thinks…
