A struggling family moves to a new town and stumbles upon welcoming restaurant owners who attempt to comfort them.

A lacking single mother of two relocates to a new town in order to escape from an alcoholic ex-husband. Upon settling into a new environment, takeout food was never a surprise for the kids as Wendy has no choice but to work 10-hour shifts every day. With little choice in the small town, consistent complaints from the children led Wendy to drive further away where they stumble across a restaurant they have never noticed before.

After a friendly welcome from the family running the restaurant and constant visits, Wendy is convinced to accept the favor of leaving her children under the family’s care at their home above the restaurant until her shift ends. The children excited at first, slowly realize that they had stumbled across a family that has an underlying dark secret.
