The Caltox feed on white blood cells but the Russians did not no this so they started to turn savage. Aaron is a Marine for the US navy but he retired and returned to his family in Russia. But when he returnes Russia is a barron waste land filled with demon like creatures. When he cant find his family he stumbles a long a underground tunnel he climbs down to see millions of injured people preying to god for help.
