Below the surface of Christchurch the New Zealand government is building a secret robotic army and the only man who can stop them taking over the country is Prime Minister Tom Lock.

1983. One of New Zealand's best and brightest, Jack Lock, heads off to make his fortune on Wall St. but as part of the most covert operation in CIA history Jack is captured, replicated then destroyed.

Twenty years later and the CIA replica is now the Prime Minister of New Zealand!

The Christchurch earthquake brings Jack, still controlled by the CIA, an opportunity to build a secret robotic facility under the surface of Christchurch. The intention - replace the population of NZ with a robot army.

But a chance encounter with a former flame, Judith, causes Jack's robotic brain to malfunction and convert to a more human friendly process.

As the completed robots spill out onto the streets Jack is going to need all the help he can get to defeat them. Help comes in the form of his #2 Terry Heightmonger. Together they pilot a giant Voltron like robot buried beneath the BeeHive.

It's robot vs. robot as Prime Minister Jack Lock takes on the army menace to fulfil his oath of office - defend New Zealand.
