When a flood of hauntings in an isolated town goes from novelty to nightmare, a group of local misfits find they have to grow up fast and take responsibility if they hope to survive

When a quiet community is gradually inundated with ghostly apparitions no one realises that hell is about to break loose. The benign echoes become a local novelty and play thing of the local misfits. Then a violent event causes an apparition to react - this is something new. Slowly the spirits begin to interact, become playful, and then curious. As time moves, the continue to learn and evolve, getting slowly stronger over time. Some people start to become cautious about this, though with the general complacency in the community they fail to notice the ghosts building hunger for the physical form of the townsfolk, exposing them to the inevitable hostile takeover. Now the local misfits need to step up and take responsibility to survive.
