Summer Paper

If you could watch, would you?
A dusty old Hi-8 camera gives three Criminal Psych Students the ability to view the murders of the cameras last owner, Infamous serial killer “Nail Puller” Jimmy Nelson. No pre – recorded tapes or tricks, just bring the camera to the crime scene and watch the murder unfold through the screen in real time. However not long after their first experience they realize the man in the Camera’s LCD Screen does not fit the profile of the man rotting in jail for the crimes.

A “Edward Turnbull” FILM
WRITTEN BY Edward Turnbull

University summer papers, populated with the lazy, and bored students too stupid to finish a degree. Two such students enroll in popular “Serial Killers through history” Criminal Psychology Paper, with a focus on local serial killer “Nail Puller” Jimmy Nelson, notorious for ripping out victim’s fingernails before butchering them.

Not taking it seriously, these torture-horror loving idiots use it as an excuse to covertly film the hottest girls in class. One female catches their attention, mainly for the fact she has a cozy relationship with the lecturer.

Spurred by the thought of an easy ride, the two approach her to join their study group. Surprised, they find she willing, and also a fellow snuff fan, always searching for horrific videos.

One such “faked” video leads the trio to a man who possesses a special camera, Jimmy Nelson’s camera, through which is said to have the ability to view all of his murders, provided they are at the location the torture and killing took place. tapes or tricks, just bring the camera to the murder locations and watch it unfold through the screen in real time.

The skeptical trio decides to give it a go and to their surprise the camera gives them horrific window into the “Nail Pullers” most sadistic crimes, as they witness the shear animalistic terror of the Nail Pullers first victim.

Shocked and excited, the three all have differing opinions on what they should do with the camera. However their debates are short lived as they discover the size and build of the man in the camera does not match the profile of the man incarcerated for the Nail Puller crimes.

Faced with this terrifying dilemma the three decide to try and discover the identity of the real killer only to be pulled into a nightmare, and descending in the dark into one of the Nail Pullers most infamous haunts, where they will confront the truth in the pitch dark of a terrifying basement of horrors.
