The year 2037.The whale wars of the twenty first century have swung the balance in favour of the South Pacific whale population thanks to fierce defending by staunch whale rights activists.

But in all wars there are new battles to fight!

Gifted japanese neuroscientist HItomi Nanami has developed a brain stimulation device that he can implant and control whale thought process and communication. But ultimate plan to deliver large fresh amounts of whale meat to a starving nation back fires when the science project is released and communicates a different stratagie to a horde of fearless and barbaric whale protectors.
