The Hunger

A young female werewolf undergoes a dangerous rite out of lycan lore in a remote cabin to cure her need for live flesh and spare the life of her human boyfriend. Unaware that the cabin’s grounds are steeped in dark magic and a coven of human witches will soon descend on it.

A “Clover Kiwi Productions” FILM
WRITTEN BY Jamie Oon and Paul Erskine

Lauren’s broken the werewolf cardinal code – she’s fallen for a human. As a werewolf she needs to feed nightly on living flesh and there’s nothing really like human flesh. She’s always battled those instincts, has mostly only killed animal prey but… when the flesh-lust comes, it is SO overpowering. And the scent of her human partner is intoxicating, so sweet, so inviting…

So with Sarah, fellow lycan and best friend, she takes herself to a remote cabin. Werewolf lore says the flesh-lust can be overcome. It takes witchcraft, great sacrifice, unbinding willpower and the endurance of unimaginable pain but it can be overcome, so says the lore but is it true or stuff of legend? Of those that try - most die in the attempt or go mad and have to be put out of their misery.

To save her partner, Lauren will risk all…

But the secluded shelter has its own secrets… Unbeknownst to the girls, its grounds have been used by witches practicing human sacrifice and the darkest of magic for hundreds of years.

And the two forces will be brought clashing together when the witches descend on the grounds to mark the ascension to power of their dark overlord, Valac.

And Lauren’s partner – believing his relationship is in trouble - makes the mistake of tracking her mobile phone, and venturing to the cabin…
