TOOTH FOR AN EYE

Three Hitmen who earn a living from dealing brutal revenge against deviants and murderers, find themselves hunted by somebody from their own dark past.

A “Retinae Productions” FILM
WRITTEN BY Jason Lei Howden

TOOTH FOR AN EYE is a gory psychological horror about three Hitmen who cater to a niche market. They are hired to torment, maim and kill criminals and deviants who slip between the cracks of the justice system.
Paedophiles, Rapists and Murderers are dispatched by razors, pliers, a cheese grater, live rats or fish hooks: whatever cruel and unusual punishments the clients can imagine, our protagonists can deliver.
The idiosyncratic and constantly bickering Hitmen are dysfunctional outcasts, each with a different motive: a depressed ex-cop whose child was murdered, a church minister who believes he is doing God’s work (and is supporting an expensive drug addiction) and a brutal sadist who feeds off the pain of others. With each job the men seem to lose a piece of their own humanity, struggling with the moral implications.
But the next job changes everything, as their target turns out to be a different breed of monster. They realise too late that they are now the hunted, stalked endlessly by a predator bent on prolonging their suffering and exposing their filthy secrets. To survive, they must overcome their differences and work together to find out who is behind the last contract. Blood will be spilt. Bones will be broken. Justice will be served.
TOOTH FOR AN EYE will be an outrageously gory yet thought provoking horror examining the concept of justice, the nature of evil and the moral and spiritual implications of revenge. It is sure to incite controversy, debate, terror and guilty laughter in audiences all over the world.
